I am here, Benjamin Franklin.
Yes, we can see many power shifts on the earth. The loss of moral
credibility and disastrous policies of the United States is certainly
hastening the end of its hegemony. But simultaneously, arising from
the people of the world, including the people of the United States,
is a growing power of awareness and cooperation. It is this movement
that is occupying our attention and care.
And yes, you are correct that a new international order is in
the making, in contrast to the mode of domination that has characterized
human affairs for so long. And this new order will arise by the
will of the people.
