I am here, Moses.
In earlier channelings, I talked about
how I found out how the Hebrew slaves thought about God when I was
an Egyptian prince.
You have been led to believe from your reading that the Jewish
full-blown idea of an All-Powerful, All-Knowing God of the universe
and humanity did not develop until the event at Mount Sinai. You
seek clarification.
Well, Judaism evolved from one experience to another. It is this
evolutionary process that has enabled it to survive. The best example
of this is the Talmud, which sought to interpret the Torah regarding
the needs of that time.
There were Hebrew slaves who gave no thought to religion. This
was an understandable consequence of their tragic situation. But
there were indeed other Hebrew slaves who had certain insights about
God and the emerging Jewish religion that were fundamentally different
from the Egyptian pantheon of gods.
It was from these discussions that I first grasped the beginning
essence of what became Judaism. So that when I had the experience
of the Burning Bush, I already had a beginning understanding of
the nature of the mighty Jehovah, who told me, in my inner psychic
ear, that He wanted me to free my people. Without that initial contact
with Hebrew thinking in Egypt, I would not have been able to understand
at all the Burning Bush experience.
As it was, it was both exhilarating and unsettling, and God had
prepared me through those conversations many years earlier with
my people.
