I am here, the Buddha.
I know that you've been curious about me. I have been
blissfully happy. I, of course, was not a god, but a
mortal. I lived my life as you do - true to myself. I
found great comfort and solace in the doctrines I
discovered.
I have observed that so many people who have followed my
doctrines have found this bliss and happiness as well.
You are curious about my thoughts about God. Well, I knew
life would continue after death. I have not had, as you
do, a burning desire and need to relate to a Supreme
Being. Thus, my life here has followed a different path
from someone like yourself. I have reasoned that if I can
find happiness and peace without this Supreme Being, what
use it to me? I know this sounds almost blasphemous to
you, and yet there are so many spirits who feel this way.
At any rate, there is a mighty army of benevolent spirits
who are working through the earthplane to bring peace and
love to the Earth. Goodness is what matters, not theology.
Thank you for receiving this message. I wish you well in
all your endeavors.
Sincerely, The Buddha
This message is very much in accord with the comment
by Helen Padgett that The Buddha was at that time (August 1st,
1916) still in the Sixth Sphere. Incredible though it may seem that
one of the world's greatest spiritual teachers can be of limited
progression, this is the ultimate proof of free will. Progression
is not difficult, but unless one desires to draw closer to Father,
that progression will stall and stagnate.
A very recent message via another medium from
a being identified only as "Siddhartha"
suggests that individual is indeed a Celestial, and so in the absence
of any other indication, one suspects that this message may be from
"another" buddha.
