I am here, Jesus.
I wish to address your concern about the chronology of the
Talmud in comparison to my earth life. I have been saying
that many of my ideas were shaped by the same ideas of the
Talmudic rabbis. And yet, you wonder, what if some of
these ideas came after my death?
Well, yes, the Babylonian Talmud assumed its final form
after my passing. But it was simply a compilation of all
that had been thought before.
Remember I said that these things were in the air in my
time. I desire to present the flavor of the Talmud side by
side with my teachings to show their great similarity. And
even if the actual thought may have crystallized later,
this does not change the fact that these values existed in
my time, and I was influenced by them. The thought could
not have existed without the preceding value, which most
definitely existed in my time.
The world must see my thought and that of the Talmudic
rabbis side by side, so that it be clearly seen that we
were contemporary in the true sense of the word.
