April 3rd, 1915.
Received by James Padgett
Washington D.C.
I am here, Helen.
Well, did not the Master explain what the
lost soul means in a way that makes it very plain? I am so glad
that you asked him and received the answer that you did.
He is the only Jesus of the Bible and you are right when you say
you believe that he is. Let not what men say cause you to doubt
this fact, for it is a fact. He is the greatest son of his Father,
and when you have him for a friend, you are rich indeed. So my dear
Ned continue to believe in him, and listen to his teachings, and
follow them.
Well, I love you, as you know, with all my heart and soul, and
with a love that increases as the Father's Love fills my heart more
abundantly; and when I am so filled with more of this Love, I will
tell you, and you will know that my love for you has increased correspondingly.
So my darling Ned, I must say, good night,
Your Helen
