Volume Insertions.

Dearest Mary, I seek your help, my guardian angel, to answer Kathryn’s dilemma of how Dave’s and her mediumship points to allowing insertions in the reprint of Volume II of the True Gospel Revealed Anew by Jesus and Jocelyn’s firm conviction that past guidance indicates that no insertions should be allowed. It appears that there is plenty of support in both camps from angelic revelation, past and present. I want to know only the truth and, as a member of the Foundation Church of Divine Truth, am very desirous of resolution. I pray for an in-flowing of our Heavenly Father’s Love and that my own mind and inclinations be put aside. Thank you for your interest in us and for your everlasting love.

 

I am here now to write, my dear sister in Christ, and I am your brother, Jesus of the Bible and Master of the Celestial Heavens. As you perceived, my mother, Mary, appealed to me to come and answer this question and help resolve this dilemma, as you put it.

I am finding no difficulty in writing, so set your worry aside that you are not clear enough to receive my thoughts.

Now, first of all I would like to say that my guidance through Dave and Kathryn has been accurately received and that my guidance through Padgett and Dr. Samuels was also accurately received. But that the mind of man must interpret truth within the context of his experience and desire is how my faithful followers allow the “truth” to bring conflict.

If one could see with the soul - that center of wisdom and love which has faith in the Love of God for all His children and desires harmony and progress in the world of men - one would see no conflict. For, honestly, there is good in both the desire to update the messages and leave them untouched. Compromise was spoken of before and I will say it again, that humility is the touchstone of the Celestial attitude toward the everlasting pursuit of development, and Love reigns supreme in all our perceptions toward the truth and reconciling any differences. Let me state here, that the only differences which arise are that of one developed soul perceiving how best to proceed in a given situation, and another’s. There is acceptance that the desire for truth is foremost in the minds and souls of our brothers and sisters in Christ, and question of intention is nonexistent. It is easier in the spirit world to understand how simple this is, because one cannot hide one’s thoughts and the obvious desire is the clearest message from those communicating their impressions of what must be done to create the most loving and harmonious situation.1

Now, let me continue - that should each of you on the board of Trustees put your own mind aside and seek the help of your Heavenly Father to come to the best solution in regard to this matter, you would all come to very similar conclusions. Trusting that each of you has held the Father’s Love and the angels untiring effort to bring that Love to light in the utmost position of importance guarantees that there is no difference here.

Dave, you can see that the insertions may be worded in such a way that it is clear to the reader that the editors of the book assumed a question was asked and the answer that follows is bridged in some way. Jocelyn, your fervent desire to see the messages untouched is a good one, and this is for the purpose of ensuring that our mental interpretations in no way alter the original messages from how they may effectively impact the soul. So, with both of these desires at work, the messages may be delivered in as close a way to how they were originally received, but with the further addition of how the work was actually carried out, with Padgett being able to insert his questions randomly. This bespeaks the ease of mortal/spirit communication, once a rapport is established between the two, and I will attest to the fact that many long hours were spent on an evening in which we were able to carry on quite a conversation on and off the page. This is an important thing to remember, my brethren: that we in the Celestial Heavens are still available to you and that our love and interest in bringing the message of Divine Love to light continues under your watchful eyes and guiding hands. There is fine accord among you, once the eyes of the soul are used and love and faith make clear your one true, best desire to establish the Kingdom of God on earth.

In answer to your question, A___, of whether or not I am to continue coming to earth to bring forward the truths of my Heavenly Father and His great Love for His children, it is an emphatic yes, for I depend upon the soul development of the men and women on earth to enable that message of Love to be effectively communicated. As mankind as a whole progresses, so the mind of mankind progresses, which allows finer and finer input of what the Heavenly Father desires for His children. All that is good that you see developing in your world is an effect of the loving influence of God on His Own, and this will continue to increase as we prepare our earthly brothers and sisters for their advent into the spiritual realms.

You have done well, my dear sister, and I thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts and hope you may find some resolution to this seeming problem. Please, keep in mind the trust in each other, and let your souls be in ascendancy when deciding the matter.

You are my co-workers in this effort, and we hold you all in high regard for your ability to carry out the mission set before you.
