Yes, it makes no difference what specific political affiliation one had on earth. The most important factor is what’s in a person’s heart.
If a mortal has political convictions and affiliations, and that person’s true motive is to help humanity and make a better world, when that mortal becomes a spirit, he or she will be very happy from that attitude.
If, on the other hand, the principal motive was to acquire power and oppress, that will produce darkness and unhappiness.
And so, for example, Communists have had completely different fates, since some were dedicated to liberating humanity from oppression, while others used the Communist structure to dominate and control.
