I am here, Max Smith.
I took part in the Mexican War, which you are reading about. My buddies and I killed Mexicans, and did many wrong things which we felt were done in sport.
But the Creator took a different view, which we discovered to our horror. Every single outrage, which we had given no thought to, came back to us, and the Mexicans we had killed came to us with their hatred.
Let mortals know that every act of violence and cruelty that they commit will have to be accounted for, and nothing escapes the Creator’s eyes.
