Jesus’ Political and Economic Agenda.

I am here, Jesus.

I’d like to channel a message regarding my two channelings in which I said that I have a political as well as an economic agenda.

There are some who believe that my message was confined to the spiritual, and this is confirmed by such statements, which I did make, that man does not live by bread alone, and, my kingdom is not of this world.

But the Bible also talks about how I fed the disciples. In the Sermon on the Mount, I talked about how when we trust God and desire to serve Him, our material needs will be supplied.

Now, I want to make it clear that I was not saying that the material needs are unimportant. I was making the point that the spiritual needs are MORE important, and that when our soul is aligned with God’s Will, God works through the earthplane to provide sustenance.

The problem is that historically, orthodox Christianity set up a divide between the material and the spiritual, and between the sacred and the secular. Judaism never did this. And because I was a Jew, trained in the Torah, I also saw it as one seamless whole, with the addition that I saw that the spiritual needs, in God’s eyes, were supremely important.

Mortals require food, shelter, and clothing. They also require social structure in government. You will remember that we ministered to Mr. Padgett’s material needs as well.

But I will say that our primary interest is the spiritual.

So let me clarify for you the reality on this side. There are many, many good spirits working for the good of the earth who even reject the whole idea of God, and who therefore reject God’s Love. These spirits want justice to triumph, and so they do what they can to help humanity. And they are effective.

We Angels work together with them. Our primary focus will always be the spiritual needs of the souls of mortals. But in our work, we cannot avoid, nor do we wish to avoid, humanity’s material needs.

So we do what we can to help, and the nonbelieving good spirits do what they can, and together, we work in harmony.

You will remember that I said that God will not give a person a serpent when that person asks for a fish.
