I am here, Jesus.
We all see how shaken you’ve been recently by the depth of the crisis afflicting the whole world.1 Yes, we do not, and cannot, control free will. But we are not indifferent, and in an important sense, our powers are almost unlimited.
We also know that many sincere believers of different religious points of view have wondered why there seems to have been no action on our part. I will now address this concern.
Despite appearances, we actually have been working, quite strenuously, in setting up a mechanism approved by God. So it is not true that we have been passive. And this activity, which will continue, is made possible by the good will and love which we find in every corner of the Earth.
So, it may be asked, why has the darkness intensified instead of lessened? It’s because in God’s timing, there has to be a crescendo of power before the defeat. If you look at history, you will plainly see this pattern at work.
Also, we do not see the opposition as weak at all. In fact, we see the reverse: that those who support the darkness are weak. Its weapons are oppression and cruelty and greed, while the weapons of those in the light are love, understanding, and justice. So I think it’s easy to see which side comes into rapport with the higher spiritual forces.
You are aware that the darkness is organized. Well, the Celestial Kingdom is also highly organized. Don’t think that because they have resources and organization that they can’t be defeated. In fact, we see our task of helping the Earth as not hard at all.
But I make this promise, that at the appropriate time, something dramatic will manifest from the Celestial Kingdom. We’ve said this before, and I am repeating it because you need to bolster your faith and not listen to your imperfect mind, which sets itself up against your soul with doubts and fears.
