I am here, Woodrow Wilson.
You are wondering how I fared in regard to the settlement of the war at Versailles. Not well at all. Some of my objectives in the Fourteen Points were adhered to, but there was no attempt to fulfill the Allies’ promise to negotiate. This created anger, resentment, and hatred, which showed itself later, and which forced me to hear the angry complaints of spirits who told me that they were betrayed.
The consequences of not being true to oneself are grievous, and I would like every mortal to understand this great truth.
