True Gospel Revealed Anew By Jesus. Volume 3

Helen locates Mr. Padgett’s father’s soulmate that is very lovely and a Celestial Spirit.

Received by James Padgett.

Washington D.C.

I am here, Helen.

I will tell you of your father’s soulmate as I promised. She is a very beautiful and spiritual woman and loves him very much. She is not so spiritual as your mother or so beautiful, but she is in a condition of spiritual love that makes her seem more beautiful than she really is. Her eyes are not so large as are mine but very bright with her soul’s love, and features are not so regular as mine but are very mobile and seem to give her an appearance of extreme gladness and happiness which I know she enjoys. She is in a condition of love that makes her feel that your father is the only one in all the spirit world that is worth loving as she loves him, and I know that he is well worthy of her love. But you don’t know that my love for you is even greater than hers for him. Yes, but I do, for my love is so very great that I am almost consumed with it, as your grandmother says, for you are the only one that I know as regards soulmate - that is you are my soulmate, and I know it, and love you with a love that only one of my intense disposition can possibly love with. Yes I know, but I do not believe it. She is very glad that he does and comes to see him more often than when he was on the earth plane because it is easier for her to do so. The spirits who live in the higher spheres feel some difficulty in coming to the lower plane, just as you would if you should go into an atmosphere that was all dark and murky with dampness and unpleasant smells. So you see what I endure when I come to you, but if the atmosphere were fifty times as bad I would come to you.

Let us talk of our little girl in Chicago. She is now trying her best to accomplish her lessons and is so full of enthusiasm about doing it successfully that she does not think of getting tired or of letting other things interfere with her efforts. She certainly is trying hard to make a success and she will for she does everything that comes to her to do. She is also giving her thoughts to higher things and is very much interested in Christian Science.

She will come home to you next summer a very different girl from when you saw her last and will make you feel so thankful that you sent her to school as you did. Do not let the thoughts that you will not be able to keep here there bother you for you will, and will also be able to give her a nice home when she returns to you. So let me help you to feel that everything will be for the best.

No, I have not been with her for some hours, but will go very soon and tell you what she is doing. Yes I will and will return by the time you come back. Yes I will.

I am back. She is in her own room and is studying her lessons, but not the ones for tomorrow’s recitation. She is with several girls who are also studying but they are not so deeply interested as she is.

Yes, but I am not in condition. I don’t feel strong enough to write more now.

Your own true and loving,

Helen.

This message has had a date attributed elsewhere of 24th March 1915, but I can find no evidence for that. It must be before June 20th 1918, as that is the date Nita passed over. An unpublished message of Sept. 28, 1914 indicates Helen knows that James Padgett’s father and mother are not soulmates. Another message dated Dec. 15, 1914 indicates that his father has met his soulmate.
