I am here, Franklin Roosevelt.
You have just read that I said, in relation to appointing elite-related people into my administration, “the New Deal is out the window.” Let me comment.
I had one part of me with the people, but I myself was of the elite. I played both worlds. Furthermore, the elite were the source of personnel.
